How are you able to offer lower prices than major cloud providers like AWS or Azure directly?

It is a standard wholesale model. Cloud providers like AWS and Azure offer “Enterprise Discount Programs” to companies that spend millions of dollars annually. Most startups don’t qualify for these tiers individually. Limi-Tech aggregates the usage of hundreds of companies into a single “Master Payer” account. This allows us to unlock those enterprise-tier volume discounts and pass the savings on to you. We effectively treat your startup like a Fortune 500 company.

Is this legal/compliant with the cloud providers?

Yes. We are authorized Channel Partners for AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud. This “reseller” model is a core part of how these providers distribute their services globally. You are simply procuring your cloud capacity through a certified partner rather than directly.

Is there a catch? Do I have to commit to a 3-year contract?

No. That is the main advantage of using Limi Tech. While we may use long-term commitments on our backend to secure rates, we offer you month-to-month flexibility. You get the discounted rate for your on-demand usage without being locked into a 1-year or 3-year Reserved Instance (RI) contract yourself.

Do I lose administrative control of my Cloud (i.e. AWS/Azure) account?

Absolutely not. You retain full Root/Admin access to your console. You keep total control over your security groups, instances, and technical configurations. Limi Tech only requires specific permissions related to billing and cost management to process your invoices. We do not access your code, databases, or customer data.

How does the migration work? Will there be downtime?

There is zero downtime and no data migration is required. Your servers stay exactly where they are. The “migration” is purely administrative.

For AWS/GCP: You accept an invitation to join our AWS Organization.
For GCP: You switch your projects to our Partner Billing Account.
For Azure: You accept a CSP relationship link.
For Ali/Tencent: We link your account to our distributor portal. The entire process takes less than 15 minutes and does not affect your running services.

How quickly will I see savings?

Most customers see savings within 24-48 hours of connecting their accounts. The savings are automatic and require no changes to your infrastructure.

Can I cancel anytime?

You are free to leave at any time with 30 days’ notice. We will simply “unlink” your account from our Master Organization. Your account reverts to “Stand-alone” status, and you will begin paying standard retail rates directly to the cloud provider again. There are no cancellation penalties.

How does billing work?

Instead of receiving multiple invoices from AWS, Google, and Alibaba, you receive one consolidated invoice from Limi Tech. We pay the providers on your behalf. This simplifies reconciliation for your finance team.

Do I need to change anything in my infrastructure?

No changes needed! Our optimization works at the billing level. Your code, architecture, and workflows remain exactly the same.

Do you support "Cross-Border" payments for Alibaba and Tencent Cloud?

Yes. Many Western companies struggle to pay Chinese cloud providers due to currency restrictions or lack of a local entity. Limi Tech handles the complex settlement with Alibaba and Tencent. You simply pay us in USD, and we handle the rest.

Who do I call if my server goes down?

For Technical Issues: You continue to have access to the cloud provider’s support (e.g., AWS Support) as per the plan you select.
For Billing/Account Issues: You have a dedicated account manager at Limi Tech.
Bonus: As a Premier Partner, we often have a direct escalation line to the cloud providers. If you have a critical issue, we can often get a ticket escalated faster than you could as an individual customer.
